Diamond Star Maricel Soriano comes back in Yesterday Today Tomorrow.
Yesterday Today Tomorrow tells the interconnected saga of love, loss and
deception.
It’s about what
happens to a family when faced with a tragedy and how it changes each
and every member and how they deal with that tragedy that befalls
them,” explains the film's director Jun Lana in his first foray to
directing an entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival.
“I never think
of it as a Metro Manila Film Festival movie kasi it’s still the
same effort. Kahit naman pang-regular playdate, sineseryoso naman
namin at binibigay namin lahat.
“Even if they
pressure me, I won’t allow them to pressure me. I’ll just do my
best.”
Aside from being
the only heavy drama entry to the festival, there is more with
Yesterday Today Tomorrow that the audience will fall in love
with.
“For one, ‘yong
casting alone makes it a movie event,” boasts Direk Jun.
“And then we
made sure that the story is very entertaining. I mean it’s for the
film fest. Christmas siya lalabas, so dapat entertaining talaga
siya.”
