The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin is the highest grossing film in the Philippines.
Here is a list of the 10 highest
grossing films of the Philippines prior to the Metro Manila Film
Festival. This list will change once the MMFF closes and the box
office grosses of the festival entries are calculated.
The top five slots are occupied by Star
Cinema productions with The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin leading the roster at
P331.6 million, followed by No Other Woman at P276.8 million. No
Other Woman, starring Anne Curtis, Derek Ramsay, and Cristine Reyes,
earlier broke the record of the 2009 romantic-comedy You Changed My
Life as the country's top grossing movie. A few weeks later,
Benjamin, starring Vice Ganda, stole the crown and was hailed as the
all-time box-office winner.
